Here’s the 40 exact items I recommend along with their links for your convenience! Christmas gift ideas?? Here you go!!
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

This is a game changer for every pregnant woman. FINALLY sleep comfortably again with a pregnancy pillow. This is the exact pregnancy pillow I have and always recommend to my pregnant friends! Linked HERE

You will not want to wear the uncomfortable hospital gowns. Opt for a more comfortable option that you won’t mind being in or birthing a baby in! 4.8 stars and comes in multiple different colors. This is the perfect birthing robe, plus your baby can match you for some really great photos! Linked HERE

If you’re wanting some photos during and post birth, these look great in photos! Also, so much easier to breastfeed in than a sports bra! This adorable bralette is less than $15 and has 27,000 ratings- it’s a winner! Linked HERE

You never know where the outlets in your labor and postpartum room will be. An extra long phone charger let’s you charge and be on your phone even if the outlet is far away. This has great reviews and it’s less than $20! Linked HERE

You want to make sure it’s easy to write on and easy to read! I checked out a lot of the other signs, but this was by far my favorite. Linked HERE

Hydration is key in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. THIS waterbottle is ginormous (a huge win) and soo adorable. Making this exact water bottle the perfect gift! Linked HERE

Again, hydration is KEY. These are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding women AND are delicious. This pack specifically is awesome because it has all the flavors. I loved having lemon lime during labor and enjoying strawberry in postpartum. Linked HERE

This is adorable. And is less than $20, so an easy gift to ask for OR give. I wear mine almost EVERY day, I kid you not. Linked HERE

There’s a ton that exist, but THIS is my favorite. It’s cool, casual and perfect. Linked HERE

The best part of this hat besides that it says “mama”?? You being able to rock a ponytail with it! Linked HERE

Don’t make yourself wear those uncomfortable, scratchy hospital socks! Opt for these instead. PLUS, the grippers won’t let you slip on the hospital floor. This is the exact pair that I had for my hospital stay and I recommend them to ALL my pregnant friends. Linked HERE

PERFECT to wear during your hospital stay so you can easily slide your feet in and out of so your feet don’t touch the hospital floor. Trust me, even though they clean those floors, you don’t want to be touching it. This pair has great reviews and is less than $15.00. Linked HERE

I know it sounds funny. But puppy pee pads are a MUST for postpartum. Place these around your toilet for an easier postpartum bleeding cleanup and use them for your baby’s diaper free time as well as diaper changes on the go! Linked HERE

Opt for a reusable version, save the planet! This one comes as a two pack. Linked HERE

Make breastfeeding SO much easier and efficient with nursing bras. I promise you, these are game changers. I’m not even nursing anymore and I still wear this exact set because they’re so comfortable. Linked HERE

Give yourself a little joy by having a cute outfit to wear as you leave the hospital. You will still have a bump, so you won’t be able to fit into your old clothes and you won’t want to wear leggings because you’ll be wearing an adult sized diaper. I own this in the light pink and I always get complimented when I wear it. Linked HERE

The Perfect postpartum nightgowns! Long sleeve for warmth, and buttons to make breastfeeding so much easier and efficient. I own this exact nightgown in three different colors. Linked HERE

Eventually, your bleeding will reduce enough to wear pads instead of an adult sized diaper. PRO-TIP: Wear period underwear instead because pads are sooo uncomfortable. THIS brand has amazing reviews! Linked HERE

The ultimate hair hack for your birth and postpartum experience. You WILL want your hair out of your face and you WILL still want it to look cute. This is my favorite set because for less than $10, it helps with both! Linked HERE

18. A birth doula or a birth photographer

This is an AMAZING gift. You could also ask that everyone pitches in and gifts you the service and that be your one big gift for the year.

You will NEED a yoga ball for your later pregnancy (36 weeks+) and for your labor to help with contractions. If you don’t have one yet, add it to your wishlist! This yoga ball is sturdy, comes with it’s own airpump and is well below $20.00. Linked HERE

SOOO many uses for the aches and pains of pregnancy and for help easing contractions when they start. Plus, it eases those postpartum contractions sooo much.
This heating pad is less than $20.00 and has 4.5 stars from over 3,000 reviews. Linked HERE

The ONLY way you’re able to get some sleep in the labor room AND in the postpartum room. The hospital is BRIGHT, even when your door is shut. This helps a tremendous amount. This exact eye mask is AMAZING because of the extra protection against light it provides! Linked HERE

For the same reason as the eye mask, the hospital is LOUD. This will let you get some sleep! If you don’t have noise canceling airpods, I would reccomend this exact ear plug set. Linked HERE

This pair has more than 7,000 ratings and 4.2 stars among them! Linked HERE

Peppermint (which gives you a burst of energy) and Lavender (which calms you) are GAME CHANGERS for labor. You want roll on essential oils because many hospitals do not allow diffusers of essential oils (as they can get up into the air vents and then go into OTHER patient’s door). I would recommend this exact set because of what it includes and it’s only $22, a steal! Linked HERE

If you don’t have one, you NEED one. I would not recommend bringing it to the hospital, but having it waiting for you at home for your postpartum journey at home. It makes everything a little more convenient, efficient and luxurious. THIS is the perfect robe- great reviews and comes in a lot of colors! Linked HERE

Having your fingers swell during pregnancy? It’s time to switch to silicone rings, you’ll be a lot more comfortable and your fingers will THANK YOU. These rings are sturdy, thick and have amazing reviews. Linked HERE

Help your feet swelling in pregnancy by getting these compression socks! With 4.4 stars from over 67,000 ratings- this is the pair you want! Linked HERE

28. Pregnancy safe cosmetics and skin care

Unfortunately, many of the products we use for skincare are deemed unsafe in pregnancy. I can’t recommend a specific brand for you because each person has different skin types and skin needs, so do your research. But it might be time to switch your skin care products!

This beautiful, sentimental journal so that you can document your pregnancy and forever remember this special time. It’s also a really great way to write to baby. Linked HERE

Maternity leggings are a game changer. I don’t think I could have survived my pregnancy without them. Here’s my favorite pair! Linked HERE

31. Shoes

This one is more general because we all have own taste. But women’s shoe size can change in pregnancy up to TWO sizes (and they don’t change back unfortunately). Do you need new shoes because none of your old shoes fit anymore??

Long gone are the days that you will have the desire to get the baby up and all ready to go just to get in the car and get a latte from Starbucks. You will want to be able to make all your favorite drinks from the comfort of your own home. I love this coffee maker especially because it has a latte and cappuccino maker built in. So even if you’re not a barista, you can be one with this! Linked HERE

33. A gift card for a prenatal massage

A gift card to a spa that specializes in prenatal or postpartum massage. This would make the most heavenly gift!!

great gift idea for postpartum pregnant women

34. A gift card to your favorite restaurant

Enjoy a date night with your spouse at your favorite restaurant before baby comes!

A game changer for pregnancy and postpartum. Let the robot vacuum for you as you get some much needed rest or change a diaper or feed the baby. This is the one we have and we love it. There are ones that also come with the emptying base, so we do have to empty this out every couple of runs, but it’s so worth it! Linked HERE

36. Maternity Photos or a birth photographer

This is an AMAZING gift. You could also ask that everyone pitches in and gifts you the service and that be your one big gift for the year.

37. Anything that’s left on your baby registry

Have anything left on your baby registry that you don’t have yet? Now would be the time to ask for those items again!

38. A gift card for a date night activity

Enjoy a fun date night activity- top golf? Cooking class? Dancing lessons? Something fun to enjoy with your spouse before baby comes (or even for when after baby comes!).

39. Meal Subscription Service

The ULTIMATE gift to help you in postpartum. Have your meals handled for you!
Some of my favorite companies for this are: Hello Fresh, Blue Apron and Factor.

You could also just ask for Doordash or Ubereats gift cards, those work too!!

If you’re planning on breastfeeding, you will want nursing friendly tops! This top is one of my favorites because you can’t even tell it’s for nursing. Linked HERE
